Return Policy
All sales are final.
Digital Products:
All digital products (including but not limited to ebooks, software, downloadable content, and online courses) are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be physically returned, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital purchases.
Physical Products:
All physical products are sold "as is." We do not accept returns or offer refunds for physical goods. Please carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making your purchase.
"As Is" Clause:
The "as is" condition means that you are purchasing the product in its current state, with all faults and defects, whether known or unknown. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the product's quality, performance, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Exceptions:
In the extremely rare event that a physical product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or alternative solution.
Should a refund be granted the process will take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed.
There will be a 25 dollar restocking fee for each returned product.
